In trying to circumvent the <br /> rules for road frontage for lots under 15 acres, these result in an odd shape using 4.8 <br /> acres of "flag-shaped" land. <br /> C. In terms of compliance with the Town Plan, slopes are mentioned as one of the <br /> deterrents for allowing land divisions.
