4. CONTINUED <br /> and basement shall be excluded. <br /> (e) The foregoing minimum requirements may be waived by the <br /> Architectural Control Committee in the event it is determined that <br /> the proposed architecture and quality of dwelling is such as to <br /> present an appearance compatible with other dwellings within the <br /> Eagle Terrace Subdivision. <br /> 5. BUILDING LOCATIONS: <br /> Building locations must conform to Columbia County and <br /> Dane County set back ordinances. <br /> No building in Columbia County shall be nearer than 30 feet <br /> from the property line in the Eagle Protection Zone. <br /> Rear yard set backs in Dane County shall be 50 feet from the <br /> property line. <br /> 6. OTHER STRUCTURES AND OUTBUILDINGS: <br /> (a) No structure constructed elsewhere may be moved onto any <br /> lot, except for new prefabricated construction. <br /> (b) No addition to the exterior of any dwelling or structure <br /> or any outbuilding shall be constructed without prior approval of <br /> the Architectural Control Committee. <br /> (c) All mail boxes and support colums shall be approved by <br /> the Architectural Control Committee. <br /> 7. TEMPORARY STRUCTURES: <br /> No structures on a temporary nature and no trailer, tent, <br /> shack, garage, barn or other outbuilding shall be used on any lot <br /> at any time as a residence, either remporarily or permanently. <br /> 8. ANIMALS AND POULTRY: <br /> No animals, livestock, or poultry of any kind shall be raised, <br /> bred or kept on any lot, except that dogs, cats, or other household <br /> pets may be kept provided that they are not kept, bred or main <br /> tained for any commercial purposes or allowed to annoy or disturb - <br /> neighbors. <br /> -3- <br />
