9. GARAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL: No lot shall be used or maintained as a dumping ground for rubbish, trash. or garbage and all waste or garbage shall be kept in sanitary containers. All incinerators or other equipment for the disposal or storage of waste material shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and suitably screened from view from public streets. 10. DRIVEWAYS/PARKING: All driveways shall be asphalt or concrete 20 feet from dwelling, for the balance of driveway gravel is acceptable. Parking of service vehicles owned or operated by residents of homes is prohibited unless such vehicles are kept in garages. Storage of boats, travel trailers, mobile homes, campers, and other recretional vehicles is prohibited unless kept inside garages. This shall not prohibit the temporary storage of such vehicles for the purpose of loading or unloading for a period not to exceed forty-eight hours. No cars or other vehicles shall be parked on lawns or yards at any time. Lots 2 & 3, and lots 4 & 5, of Eagle Terrace Plat will share joint driveways, access to State Highway 188, on their common lot lines so as to have only one access for ingress or egress for said lots to State Highway 188. 11 . SIGNS: No signs of any type shall be displayed to public view on any lot except lawn signs of not more than four square feet in size advertising the property for sale. 12. NUISANCES AND HOME OCCUPATIONS: No noxious odors shall be permitted to escape from any building site and no activity which is or may become a nuisance or which creates unusally loud sounds or noises shall be permitted on any building site. Home occupations may be conducted within a dwelling only and so lond as any such occupation is permitted under applicable muni- cipal zoning ordinance, EXCEPT, however no business shall be per- mitted which requires maintenance of inventory and delivery thereof by other than the United States Postal Service. -4-
