4 _ <br /> HISTORY OF REZONE 6083 / CUP 1190 <br /> AS IT PERTAINS TO REZO NE/' `'- `-°c-4'1 ° '-' O <br /> v� �L((L a O c u ti( ���7 z1 . <br /> "-n o rJ <br /> 09-19-94 Town action on rezone and CUP: no conditions or restrictions; <br /> however, Town Board Meeting minutes indicate that the following restrictions on the <br /> original , westerly parcel(later referred to as Parcel A)were assumed: <br /> - 100 trailer maximum <br /> -April 1 to November 1 occupancy <br /> - only recreational mobile homes <br /> 10-11-94 ZNR Public Hearing -no action <br /> 10-25-94 ZNR Work Session- Adopted amendment: Deed Restrictions - <br /> (A) The R-4 zoned area shall be used only for a mobile home park. <br /> (B) The maximum number of mobile homes in the R-4 zoned area shall be limited <br /> to 100 which is the number currently existing on the property. <br /> 12-15-94 Deed Restriction recorded (Doc# 2650652) listing 3 restrictions <br /> pertaining to legal description for R-4 district (did not use the official Zoning Dept. DR <br /> form): <br /> 1. The above described real estate shall be used only for a recreational mobile <br /> home park for so long as said real estate shall be zoned R-4. <br /> 2. The maximum number of mobile homes allowed to be placed on the above <br /> described real estate shall be limited to 100 for so long as said real estate shall be <br /> zoned R-4. <br /> 3. The mobile homes placed on the above described real estate shall only be <br /> occupied from April 1 to November 1 of each year, and any mobile home park <br /> located upon said real estate shall only be operated from April 1 to November 1 of <br /> each year. <br /> 12-20-94 Asst. Zoning Administrator Steve Reynolds informs Gaukel's agent, Ken <br /> Kearney that DR as recorded 12-15-94 does not satisfy requirements; must "go to" <br /> Town, County, and owners within 300' as per official Zoning Dept. form. <br /> 12-23-94 Amended Deed Restriction recorded (Doc # 2651962) with corrections <br /> as per Reynolds; still lists same 3 DR items. <br /> 01-02-95 Town Board action approving amended rezone; <br /> Effective Date of Rezone 6083. <br /> 01-11-95 Letter from Gaukel's attorney, Pulsfus, asking if Amended Deed <br /> Restriction recorded 12-23-94 is OK. Note on letter in Zoning Administrator Bill Fleck's <br /> handwriting: "DR OK [check] status of town action on amended rezone." <br />
