The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1.The parcel to be zoned A-2 shall not be eligible to submit a petition for rezone for a period of two(2) <br /> years from the DED of Petition#6652. <br /> 2.The parcel to be zoned R-1 is subject to the following conditions: <br /> a.Each lot shall be a minimum of 66,000 square feet. <br /> b.Each lot shall have a buildable area not more than 22,000 square feet. <br /> c.Each lot shall be configured so as to provide for at least two(2)further subdivisions for <br /> residential development. <br /> d.These two(2)further subdivisions will not be permitted until such time as public utilities <br /> (sewer and water)are available. <br /> 3.The DED shall not become effective until such time as the final recorded plat is found by the committee <br /> to be in conformance with the above conditions and all provisions of the Dane County Subdivision <br /> Ordinance. <br />
