The Land Use Committee recommended approval <br /> and stated that the original rezone was shaped specifically to have this <br /> building. <br /> Action <br /> Ken Hefty moved and Dan Keller seconded a motion to approve the <br /> Building Permit for Ken Uebersetzig. Susi presented some optional <br /> plans for the addition on to their home. She was not sure which plan <br /> would be the one used due to time and funds. <br /> Action <br /> Ken Hefty moved and Dan Keller seconded a motion to approve the <br /> Building Permit for Roy Blair and Susi Nehls.
