All excavation equipment,plants,and vehicles shall be fueled, <br /> stored, serviced,and repaired on lands above 860 feet in elevation to prevent against groundwater <br /> contamination from leaks or spills. <br /> No water shall be pumped or otherwise removed from the site in order to maintain groundwater discharge to <br /> adjacent wetlands. <br /> The operator shall require all trucks to have muffler systems which meet or exceed then current industry <br /> standards for noise abatement, and shall require all excavation and crushing equipment to meet or exceed the <br /> then more current industry standards for noise abatement. <br /> 16. The operator shall repair any damage to Nora Road resulting from the mineral extraction operation. <br /> 17. If the Highway Commissioner determines that improvements to the intersection of Nora Road and CTH N are <br /> goinecessary as a result the mineral extraction operation,the applicant shall improve such intersection at its <br /> expense to the specifications of the Highway Commissioner. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> Motion by Kesterson/Cornwell to find that the standards of the zoning ordinance are met and to <br /> approve the Conditional Use Permit as conditioned; carried 7-0. <br /> 4.
