ADDENDUM TO EPICENTRE TECHNOLOGIES CORPORATION' S <br /> POSITION RELATED TO DEED RESTRICTIONS <br /> Related to the Petition of Epicentre Technologies <br /> Corporation, Petition #6242, to rezone the Williams <br /> farm property, located in Section 33 of the Town of <br /> Madison, from RH-1 to C-2, Epicentre Technologies <br /> Corporation is willing to agree that the following <br /> additional restrictions and limitations be imposed by <br /> appropriate deed restrictions running in favor of the <br /> Town of Madison: <br /> 1 . Control of drainage from impervious <br /> improvements . Owner will work with the City of Madison <br /> engineer to assure that land in the City of Madison <br /> will not be adversely affected by surface water <br /> discharge from new impervious surfaces or regrading .
