The CSM creates two (2) lots from the several parcels that <br /> have allegedly existed at this location. The westerly <br /> parcel contains the existing buildings. <br /> 2. Access to the easterly parcel is prohibited from Grinds Road <br /> due to sight--distance constraints regarding the crest of the <br /> hill. Access to this lot should be as far west as possible <br /> on Hark Trail West. <br /> 3.
