Kaltenberg, hereby makes application for a conditional <br /> use permit for the purpose of mineral extraction on lands located <br /> in Section 34, Town T9N-R9E, (Vienna Township) Dane County, Wis . <br /> The parcels included are more fully described on the attached <br /> Exhibit A. <br /> Tax Parcel Numbers . <br /> 32-0909-341-9000-4 <br /> 32-9090-342-9500-8 <br /> 32-0909-344-8500-8 <br /> 32-0909-344-9000-1 <br /> 32-0909-343-8000-4 Ni1 S1j .kgt-T N CSI5 <br /> Current Zoning: A-1 Exclusive <br /> Current Use: Farmland, production of various crops . <br /> Proposed Use: Limestone Quarry <br /> Reclaimed Use: Farmland <br /> Mineral extraction is allowed as a conditional use within the <br /> A-1 Exclusive District . <br /> Payne & Dolan, Inc . has investigated this site utilizing <br /> borings and cores, and determined that a quality source of <br /> limestone exists on the property. Tests performed on the aggregate <br /> recovered from the cores, indicate that it meets W.D.O.
