MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING JUNE 13, 1970 <br /> thirr <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on June 13, 1970 with the <br /> following members present: <br /> Messers: Erickson, Dahlk, Holte <br /> Also present: Fleck <br /> Meeting was ca]1ed to order at 9:00 AM in the City-County garage to make <br /> an inspection of properties for which a Public Hearing has been scheduled <br /> on June 19, 1970. <br /> 1. Appeal by Loren L. Ray from denial of permit to remodel a building <br /> located in the NW4 SW4, Section 7, Town of Albion. Permit denied <br /> because setback is less than required by the Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 2. A petition for a special exemption permit under 10.26 (3) 4. (b) of <br /> the Dane County Zoning Ordinance by the East Side Business Men's <br /> Association to conduct a festival on a parcel of land in the SE4 <br /> NE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Blooming Grove. <br /> 3. Appeal by Hlabib Amim from denial of permit to build a duplex on :. <br /> lot 8, Arbordale Subdivision, Section 33, Town of Madison. Permit <br /> denied because rear yard is less than required by the Dane County <br /> Zoning Ordinance. <br /> The Board returned to the City County garage and adjourned. <br /> Milage Mr. Erickson 85, others regular. <br /> Harland F.
