MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> MEETING OF MAY 9, 1970 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met on May 9, 1970 with the following <br /> members present: <br /> Messers: Dahlk, Holte <br /> Also present: Fleck <br /> The meeting was called to order at 9:00 A.m. in the City-County garage to <br /> make inspection of properties for which a public hearing has been schedule. <br /> on May 15, 1970. <br /> 1. Lot 1, Block 2, Section 34, in the Village of Mt. Vernon, Town of <br /> Springdale, an appeal for a variance in side-yard requirements. Letter <br /> on file from Town Board of Springdale giving their approval of the <br /> variance. <br /> Note was made of existing, vacated, basement under front of lot. <br /> 2. A parcel of land in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Springfield, an <br /> appeal for a variance in setback from Riles Road and from Hwy. 12. <br /> The Board returned to the City-County garage and adjourned. <br /> Mileage: Mr. Dahlk, 83 ; others regular. <br /> Harland F.
