BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING - AUGUST 24, 1968 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met in the City-County garage <br /> on Saturday, August 24, 1968 at 9:00 A.M. The following members <br /> were present: Millard Erickson, Chairman; Oscar Holte, Vice-Chairman; <br /> Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also present: L. J. Enger, Zoning Assistant. <br /> The Board proceeded to Lot 3 and the Eli of Lot 4, Brictson Park, Town <br /> of Dunn. Permit was denied because setback from road is less than re- <br /> quired by Ordinance. <br /> The Board then proceeded to Lots 6 and 7, Block 14, Village of Morrison, <br /> Town of Windsor. Permit had been denied to remodel a non-conforming <br /> building. Building was non-conforming because it was set back from the <br /> road less than required by Ordinance. The Board also inspected the <br /> operation of a corn dryer which had been placed in the non-conforming <br /> building. <br /> The Board returned to the City-County Building and adjourned at 11:45 A.M. <br /> Mileage: Mr. Erickson, 87 miles; Mr. Holte and Mr. Eisner, regular. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisner !�%�%„ei j% >��'9- -2-6i6----- ^ <br />
