BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING, JUNE 22, 1968 <br /> The Dane County Board of Adjustment met at the City-County Garage <br /> on Saturday, June, 22, 1968 at 9:00 A.M. The following members <br /> were present: 0. K. Anderson, Chairman; Millard Erickson, Vice- <br /> Chairman; Hermann Eisner, Secretary. Also present, L. J. Enger, <br /> Zoning Assistant. <br /> The Board proceeded to Lot 45, Brictson Park, Town of Dunn. A <br /> permit had been denied because set back from road is less than <br /> required by ordinance. 20 feet was requested vs 30 feet required. <br /> Mrs. Linka Kempf, the petitioner stated that she would withdraw <br /> her petition and build at the required set back line. <br /> The Board then proceeded to Lot 2, Block 3, Morris Park, Town of <br /> Westport. A permit had been denied because the setback from the <br /> road is less than required by ordinance. 12 feet requested vs <br /> 20 feet required. <br /> The Board then proceeded to a parcel of land in the SE%% of the <br /> NE%% of Section 34, Town of Bristol. A permit had been denied <br /> because set back from the centerline of the road is less than <br /> required by ordinance. 43 feet requested vs 75 feet required. <br /> The Board then returned to the City-Couhty garage and adjourned. <br /> Time of trip: 2 hours, 30 minutes.
