BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARING, June 12, 1968, Page #2 <br /> 4. Appeal by Satterfield Building Corporation from a denial of a permit to <br /> build a warehouse addition on all except the south 40 feet of lot 16 and all <br /> of lots 17 thru 23 and parts of lots 24 and 25, Block 7, 1st addition to Oakri ge <br /> Subdivision, Section 35, Town of Madison. Permit denied because set back from <br /> roads are less than required by the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> THOSE IN FAVOR: Mr. Satterfield and Mr. Havorka of Stenjem Building Corporation <br /> appeared and explained the proposed plans for the addition and parking areas. <br /> Mr. Harvey Schmidt of the Town of Madison appeared and explained the nature of <br /> future developement of the neighborhood. He also pointed out that the Board <br /> had granted a variance for the Eagle Food Store of 10 feet from the ROW line; <br /> also that the City of Madison areas in this neighborhood permit buildings at <br /> the sidewalk line in commercial areas. <br /> THOSE OPPOSED: None <br /> ACTION BY THE BOARD: Mr. Erickson moved, Mr. Eisner seconded and the vote was <br /> unanimous to grant approval. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS: Mr. Eisner read a letter from W. G. Massarene, Zoning Supervis.r <br /> regarding proposed fee changes etc., after a brief discussion, it was decided <br /> to make copies of the letter available to each board member for further study. <br /> Mr. Eisner moved and Mr. Erickson seconded to adjourn. <br /> Secretary, Hermann Eisneri,E' 777 !77} l (C/z-J-)7,e1------_ <br /> ILF <br />
