Itir <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold <br /> a public hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court, Branch IV), in the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Wednesday, June 28, 1967 at 7:30 o'clock P.M. <br /> and a hearing will there be given to any person interested in any of the mat- <br /> ters to be heard. Appellants and applicants must be present. The matters to <br /> be heard are as follows: <br /> 1. Appeal from the denial of a permit for an Addition to a Single Family <br /> Residenee on the westerly part of Lot 2, Kegonsa Park located in Section 30, <br /> Town of Pleasant Springs. Permit denied for the reason that both sideyards <br /> of the main portion of the structure are less than ordinance requirements. <br /> 2. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Directory Sign in the NE1/4 NEIA, <br /> Section 8, Town of Windsor which is in the southwest quadrant of the inter- <br /> section of Grinde Road & Highway 51. Permit denied for the reason that the <br /> right sideyard (setback from right of way of Highway 51) is less than ordi- <br /> nance requirements. <br /> 3. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Duplex, including two 2 bed- <br /> room units, on the N1/2 Lot 8, Block 1 and E 161/2 feet of the NY2 of Lot 7, Block 1, <br /> Village of Windsor (Depot and First Streets). Permit denied for the reason <br /> that this is single family, residentially zoned. , <br /> 4. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Single Family Residence on a <br /> parcel in the NEy4 NE"/4, Section 28, Town of Vermont [a Town Road (old J) and <br /> County Trunk "J"]. Permit denied for the reason that setback is less than <br /> ordinance requirements. <br /> Dane County Board of Adjustment <br /> Martin J.
