ihr <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Dane County Board of Adjustment will hold <br /> a public hearing in Room 226 (Circuit Court, Branch IV), in the City-County <br /> Building, Madison, Wisconsin on Thursday, June 1, 1967 at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> and a hearing will there be given to any person interested in any of the mat- <br /> ters to be heard. Appellants and applicants must be present. The matters <br /> to be heard are as follows: <br /> 1. Appeal from the denial of a permit for an Addition to a Single Family <br /> Residence by Thomas G. Bricker on Lot 7, Camp Columbia which is in Section 25, <br /> Town of Dunn. Permit denied for the reason that the east side yard is less <br /> than ordinance requirements. <br /> 2. Appeal from an order to cease construction of a Single Family Resi- <br /> dence being built by Michael Simon for Charles Johnson on Lot 2, Block 1, <br /> Trantin Subdivision (Borchers Beach Road & Simon Trail) which in in Section <br /> 33, Town of Westport. The order was issued because there is only a 22/z foot <br /> setback from Borchers Beach Road instead of a minimum 30 foot setback which <br /> Building Permit number 15227 would allow. <br /> 3. Appeal from the denial of a permit for a Machine-Cattle Shed by Nor- <br /> man Evert on a parcel in the NWI4 NW'/4, Section 9, Town of Berry (north side <br /> of Highway 19).
