MINUTES OF BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - Page 4 <br /> lk <br /> #465. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant an 11 foot 6 inch <br /> variance from required setback from the centerline of CTH BB and a <br /> two foot variance from required relr yard as per finding of fact. <br /> 1. t e existing residence is located too close to the road. <br /> 2. A dition will be to the rear of the residence. <br /> 3. O en farm fields lie to rear of property. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> c. variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #466. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant 30 foot variance from <br /> required setback from R.O.W. on Wendt Street as per finding of fact. <br /> 1. Existing buildings are 50 plus years old. <br /> 2. Wendt Street has an exceptionally wide right-of-way; at least <br /> 100 feet. <br /> 3. buildings are in line with the other buildings located on the stree.. <br /> 4. there will be no exterior additions or farther encroachment to- <br /> wards road. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> CY a. proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> c. variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #467. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant variance of 30 feet <br /> from required setback on Shadyside Drive as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Existing well prohibits location farther back from street. <br /> 2. Building will be in line with other garages on the street. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> b. variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #468. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant variance of 21 feet from <br /> required rear yard; a variance of 46 feet from required setback from <br /> the normal high water line; and, a 24 foot variance from required set- <br /> back from the R.O.W. of C.T.H. PB, as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Existing residence was built prior to present ordinances. <br /> 2. Most of the buildings in Paoli are located too close to the roads <br /> and variances have been granted to permit additions or alterations <br /> 4: to several of them. <br />
