The proposed addition will "square off the house and will not en_ <br /> croach farther into setback areas. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. hardship is caused by the ordinance and is not self-imposed. <br /> b. variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> c. variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #469. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to waive "presence" requirement <br /> and grant variance of 20 feet from required setback from centerline <br /> of S.T.H. 19 as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Addition is a feed bunk and is located in the only feasible <br /> location. <br /> 2. other buildings on the farm are located closer to the highway. <br /> 3. the addition will not block view of the traffic or create <br /> additional hazard. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> b. variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> Ar <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #470. Motion by Voges second by Dahlk to grant variance of 5 feet from <br /> required setback from normal high water line as per finding of fact: <br /> 1. Residence was built previous to ordinance. <br /> 2. Addition will he away from water and is on the front of the re- <br /> sidence. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> a. hardship is caused by the ordinance and is not self-imposed. <br /> b. variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> c. variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #471. Motion by Dahlk second by Voges to grant variance of 16 feet <br /> from required setback from centerline of Muller Road as per finding <br /> of fact: <br /> 1. Addition will utilize one wall of existing building and will not <br /> encroach any farther into required setback. <br /> 2. Road was laid between existing farm buildings, most of which are <br /> too close to the road. <br /> 3. No increased traffic hazard - road is straight. <br /> C <br />
