MINUTES OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MEETING OF AUGUST 15, 1975 Page 2
#377. Appeal by Marion A. Munz for a Special Exception Permit to remodel
and repair a residence located in the flood plain in part of the NEn Ntr/4
of Section 17, Township of Dunn.
IN FAVOR: M. Munz; purpose is to expand living quarters into the second st•ry
there will be no increase in cottage size or number of bedrooms. Question in
why work was begun without required permits and status of alterations and
repairs being done on other cottages? The property was purchased by our
home-owners association, cottages are owned by separate families. We under
stood that alterations, remodeling, etc., which did not increase the land
area of the buildings, could be done without permits and so work was
started. Question on sewer? Area is served by outdoor privies, sewer is to
the East at the end of Jordon Drive.
OTHERS IN FAVOR: none. OPPOSED: none. TOWN BOARD: not present.
#378. Appeal by Homer Etheridge for a variance from the required side yar.
as provided by Sec. 10.07 (6) of the Dane County Zoning Ordinance. Variant-
is necessary to permit relocation of a garage on Lot 3, Block 114, Paoli,
Township of Montrose. Septic location causes another problem.
IN FAVOR: H.
