Motion carried. 5-0.
#1230. Request by Kaye Stehr for extension of deadline to complete required
project.
RE: State park is to be constructed in the area and could substantially re-
duce the surface water run-off.
Miller/Schwahn to deny the extension.
FINDTNG OF FACT:
1. Completion of park is subject to funds affected by budget cuts, economy,
etc. There is no guarantee date for completion.
2. The fill placed on the Stehr property diverts most of the surface water
onto the adjoining lot to the South.
3. The calculated 40 cubic feet of flow for a 10 year storm could cause
damage siltation and erosion on the adjoining lot and into the lake.
4. Applicant has received one extension of time and did promise completion
of project by November 15, 1984.
CONCLUSION:
Another extension would not be in the public interest.
Motion carried. 5-0.
Motion Kruschke/Schwahn to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
Phyllis Schwahn, RECEIVED
Secretary
NOV 1 1984
MINUTES WERE FILED WITH DANE COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE ON
Dane County Clerk
