PIA). Harvey/Miller to approve minutes of August 23 and <br /> September 25, 1984; motion carried 4-0. <br /> The notice was read and the public hearing was opened. <br /> #1291. Appeal by B. L. Petty for a variance from required sideyard as pro- <br /> vided by Section 10.06 (7) to permit addition to residential garage at <br /> 1792 Oakview Drive in Lot #19, Petty Acres, Section 32, Town of Pleasant <br /> Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. L. Petty OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: Letter, town <br /> board no objection <br /> #1292. Appeal by Larry Heiman for variance from required setback from road <br /> as provided by Section 10.17 (5) (b) to permit construction of new residence <br /> at 3647 Vickiann Street - in Lot #10, Cherrywood View, Town of Middleton <br /> (000' IN FAVOR: L.
