Hardship is caused by the ordinance and is not self-imposed. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #988. Motion by Schwahn, second by Purcell to grant a variance of 25 <br /> feet from the required setback from Fritz Road with the condition that: <br /> The silo shall be removed at the owners expense if future road improve- <br /> ment requires additional right-of-way. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Existing barn, silos, feed-lot and watercourse on So. side of complex <br /> preclude any other locatin for silo. <br /> ' 2. A variance was granted previously for the silo So. of the proposed <br /> silo. <br /> 3. Town Board had no objection. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Proven case of unnecessary hardship. <br /> 2. Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public inte ,est. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> #989. Motion by Kruschke, second by Voges to grant a variance of 10 <br /> feet from required setback from Morris Park Road and 6 feet from required <br /> right side yard, with the condition that: <br /> The garage shall be removed at the owners expense if future road improve- <br /> ment requires additional right-of-way. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. Several setback variances have been granted in this area because <br /> of the slope down from the road to the lake. <br /> 2. Side yard variance is necesary to preserve an existing oak tree <br /> and provide access to property between tree and proposed garage. <br /> There was no objection from neighbor.
