Kundert - Pleasant Springs. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to further hold in abeyance pending submission of <br /> specifications and data by professional engineer or landscape architect <br /> addressing not only structural design but also issues in 11,05(4) Dane County <br /> Ordinance. <br /> #1678. Bullock - Rutland. <br /> Quackenbush/Jones to hold in abeyance until September 22nd upon request of <br /> Town Chairman to allow resolution of violation without need for variance. <br /> Carried - 4-0. <br /> #1701. Barry/Danzinger - Pleasant Springs. <br /> Quackenbush/Jones to grant variance, with conditions of 49.23 feet from <br /> minimum required lot width within shoreland district to permit lot creation by <br /> certified survey. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . No further variances from the Dane County Board of Adjustment for the lot <br /> or buildings there upon. <br /> 2). That all governmentally necessary permits have been obtained prior to <br /> commencing construction. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Proposed certified survey is a replat of existing platted lots. <br /> 2). Original platted lots were nonconforming width and area. <br /> 3). Town Board is in favor. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Carried - 4-0. <br /> #1704. Sydow - Dunn. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to hold in abeyance until September 22nd to notice for <br /> sideyard variance and address both issues at that time. <br /> Carried - 4-0. <br /> #1727. Hecker - Dunn. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to deny upon applicants failure to appear or provide <br /> further information for consideration. <br /> Carried - 4-0. <br /> #1738. Nelson - Mazomanie. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant with conditions, special exception permit to fill <br /> and grade for at grade deck structure. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) .
