Also, variance of 0.15 feet more or less from height of <br /> accessory buildings to allow storage building as constructed. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> The structure shall be removed at owners expense if future road improvement <br /> requires additional right-of-way. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Structure backs-up to a rock hillside with severe slope. <br /> 2) . Lot has limited buildable areas due to slope. <br />
