Zerwick - Westport. <br /> Quackenbush/Jones to approve variance of 15 feet from setback from road, <br /> provided entrance to garage is not perpendicular to Trantin Court, to approve <br /> variance of 8 feet more or less from normal high waterline to allow second <br /> story dormer addition over existing residence. Also, to deny variance from <br /> normal high waterline to allow deck addition to residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Dormer addition will extend no closer to normal high waterline than <br /> existing residence. <br /> 2). Deck could be located on property without further encroachment on normal <br /> high waterline. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> Garage & Dormer: 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to <br /> the public interest. <br /> Deck: 1) . Unnecessry hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #1493. North - Town of Madison. <br /> Miller/Kruschke to hold in abeyance as per request by township. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #1494. Rottier - Town of Madison. <br /> Jones/Quackenbush to approve variance of 7 feet more or less from required <br /> setback from Covall Street to allow addition to existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Only location for entry addition without extensive remodeling with <br /> addition extending into setback 2 feet closer than existing residence. <br /> 2). Town Board recommends approval. <br /> 3) . No traffic or other hazard created. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2). Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #1493 - North - Town of Madison. <br /> Kruschke to reconsider abeyance as per request of applicant and Tom Solberg <br /> (Town of Madison Chairman) . <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> Kruschke/Miller to approve variance of 278 square feet on @ (2) lot to allow <br /> tor lot division. <br />
