I am writing <br /> this letter pursuant to our telephone conversation of May 24, <br /> 1993 . I am writing on behalf of the Town to request that the <br /> Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee take no action <br /> at its meeting on Tuesday, May 25, 1993 , with respect to the <br /> above petition. The Committee should simply hold the petition in <br /> abeyance until the Town has had an opportunity to act. <br /> The Town Board of the Town of Westport at its regular meeting on <br /> May 18, 1993 discussed Zoning Petition No. 5622 with respect to <br /> the Fagas' property. Attorney Troy Hellenbrand, representing the <br /> Fagas, was present at the meeting and requested that the Board <br /> take no action as to the petition because the Fagas were in the <br /> process of amending the petition. That is exactly what the Board <br /> did. Accordingly, the zoning petition has essentially been held <br /> in abeyance by the Town Board. I enclose for you a copy of the <br /> minutes of the May 18, 1993 Town Board meeting which reflect <br /> this. <br /> On May 20, 1993 , I received a copy of a letter from the Fagas ' <br /> attorneys to you requesting and explaining their amendment to <br /> TGW26,V <br />
