Esser OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: ---. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant variance of 20.25 feet from required setback to <br /> centerline Shady Hill Drive to permit storage building construction. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Applicant wishes to replace former building which was removed. <br /> 2). That portion of road serves only applicant and wishes road not to be <br /> vacated. <br /> 3). Property in vicinity of proposed building slopes steeply uphill. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2046. Appeal by John Blaska, agent for "B" Farms, Inc. for a variance from <br /> required setback from road as provided by Section 10.17(3) to permit additions <br /> to existing residence at 2030 Yelk Road in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 11, Town <br /> of Sun Prairie. <br /> IN FAVOR: E. Blaska OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> Harvey/Quackenbush to grant variance of 10 more or less feet from required <br /> setback to centerline of Yelk Road to permit addition to existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Addition will replace portion of residence which was removed and <br /> incorporates part of old foundation. <br /> (00 2). Encroachment will extend no nearer to centerline than does existing <br /> residence. <br /> 3). Other farm buildings and silo already nearer to centerline than proposed <br /> addition. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2).
