BOA 8/27/92 Minutes <br /> Page 2 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> 1 Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4). Finalized and/or any revisions to the plan be submitted to Dane County <br /> Zoning for their approval. <br /> 5). All erosion control measures in place and seeng and mulching completed <br /> by Fall 1992. f` <br /> 6). That junk tires be removed from applicant's property. <br /> 7). Permit shall be valid to include tire removal, for 1 year from date of <br /> grant. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Property was utilized as clean fill dump site. <br /> 2). Applicant proposes mini-warehouses to be constructed on site. <br /> 3). Project has soil erosion control plan approved and on file. <br /> 4). Project will have to incorporate storm drain system to move water as lot <br /> is relatively flat. <br /> 5). Project should improve unsightly area and add erosion control measures to <br /> 41110 undisturbed area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> 2). The project as planned with specified conditions will preserve the <br /> natural shoreline. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2278. Appeal by Dean & Sandy Hout for a variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Section 10.17(5) to permit residence as constructed at <br /> 2846 Hilton Lane being Lot #14, Block #1, Hilton Estates - Section 29, Town of <br /> Bristol. <br /> IN FAVOR: D. Hout <br /> Gaskill/Dreps to grant variance of 0.2 more or less feet from required setback <br /> to Hilton Lane to permit residence as constructed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Siding on face of garage is in violation of required 30 foot minimum <br /> setback. <br /> 2). Foundation was constructed at minimum setback due to mound septic system <br /> location restrictions. <br /> 3). Adjoining property has been granted a variance of 6 feet from required <br /> setback to allow entryway addition to residence. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> LPF Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2279. Appeal by Roger Herian for a variance from required sideyard as <br /> provided by Section 10.07(7) to permit addition to residence as constructed at <br /> 2046 Barber Drive being Lot #1, Lincoln Park - Section 26, Town of Dunn. <br />
