Appeal by Barbara Wolfe, agent for Donald Wahlin for a Special <br /> Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05(3) to permit filling, grading, <br /> etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa at 1983 Skyline Drive - being Lot #10 <br /> Cottage Park - Section 30, Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: Barbara Wolfe <br /> Gaskill/Lynch to amend and extend compliance deadline, with conditions, of <br /> Special Exception Permit to allow fill and grade for water run-off after <br /> construction of new single family residence and boathouse. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1). Approval is to take into consideration previously approved conditions in <br /> addition to newly conceived swale along right sideyard (Eisley side). <br /> 2). Drain tile to be installed along boathouse and extending to lake to <br /> included. <br /> 3). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 4). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 5). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 6). Compliance deadline of November 1, 1992. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Original approval was made on November 11, 1991 with a completion <br /> deadline of June 1, 1992 - project not certified on time. <br /> 2). Nickolas George P.E. has submitted plans and will oversee and certify <br /> project upon completion. <br /> 3). Swale plan by Nickolas George dated 8/19/92. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br />
