Addition will continue existing building line. <br /> 2). Original structure built-in complying location subsequent CSM made <br /> building nonconforming. <br /> 3). Additional storage is needed to allow business to remain competitive in <br /> marketplace. <br /> 4) . There is a 21 foot access easement, granted to adjoining property, which <br /> prohibits locating building in complying site. <br /> 5). Town Board in favor. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2342. Appeal by David J.
