Appeal by John & Jutta Oberg for a variance from required <br /> setback to normal high watermark as provided by Section 11. 03 (2) to <br /> permit addition to existing residence at 2859 Bible Camp Road being <br /> Lots 1, 2 and W 1/2 Lot #3 , Assessor's Plat #2 and additional lands <br /> in the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Oberg OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> GASRILL/KLOPP to grant, with conditions, variance of 39 feet more <br /> or less from required setback to normal high watermark to permit <br /> screen porch addition to existing residence. <br /> CONDITION: <br /> That addition remain screened porch and not enclosed as to be <br /> utilized as 3 or 4 seasonal living space. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Porch location will continue existing building line of <br /> residence. <br /> 2) . Addition will not diminish adjoining property owenrs view of <br /> lake. <br /> 3) . Applicant's property is last house on dead-end street. <br /> 4) . Neighbors and town board are in favor . <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> 2) . That upon completion of contaminated soils clean-up that <br /> structure be removed from property. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Property is an old service station with contaminated soils <br /> from leaking tanks and surface spillage. <br /> 2) . The Department of Natural Resources requires' that the recovery <br /> 4:, well be enclosed. <br /> 3) . Well and structure are over the strongest point of pollution. f` <br />
