Applicant obtained zoning permit for new garage which had to be <br /> down sized. <br /> 2 . On site plan for permit, applicant acknowledged removal of 8 X <br /> 12 foot shed, now wishes to keep. <br /> 3 . Applicant has modestly sized home and R-1 Zoning allows <br /> accessory buildings not exceeding 50% of square footage of <br /> residence. <br /> 4. Shed is utilized for housing two dogs. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1. Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> Motion carried 3-1, Klopp - No. <br /> #2532 . Appeal by Lake Windsor Area Inland Lake Protection and <br /> Rehabilitation District for a Special Exception Permit as provided <br /> by Section 11. 05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. within 300 <br /> feet of Lake Windsor on property located South of 6551 CTH CV (Lake <br /> Road) in the E 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Windsor. <br /> IN FAVOR: B.
