DNR - Dunn - 8/27/92 P.H. <br /> Dreps/Lynch to grant requested plan amendment and certification/completion <br /> deadline extension until August 1st 1993, due to delays caused by unseasonably <br /> wet Spring. Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2284. Hartwig - Dunn - 7/23/92 P.H. <br /> APPEARANCE: D. Hartwig <br /> Dreps/Lynch to grant reconsideration request and allow plan amendment to <br /> include deck/landing addition, as proposed, to Waubesa Avenue side of <br /> residence. Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> Dreps/Gaskill to deny step encroachment as constructed, which extends into <br /> required Gannon Street setback and access lakeside deck. Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> Lynch/Gaskill to grant Special Exception Permit completion and certification <br /> deadline until September 1 , 1993 as wet weather has slowed project. Motion <br /> carried - 5-0. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> I ). Neither deck nor entry was included in original request for variance. <br /> 2) . Waubesa Avenue proposal will extend existing building line by 3 feet <br /> lineally however offer only minimal deviation from approved encroachment. <br /> 3). Gannon Street entry/steps could with a design change can be relocated so <br /> not to further encroach. <br /> 4) . The wet Spring and Summer have stalled final grading and planting. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> #2229. Dane County Drainage Board - Sun Prairie - 2/27/92 P.H. <br /> APPEARANCE: G. Skaar. <br /> Dreps/Gaskill to grant Special Exception re-consideration and amendment as <br /> follows: a). To extend distance of project to include clean-out from Bird <br /> Street South to CTH T. b). To allow spoils to be bermed along ditch but <br /> still allowing openings in berm so not to create a dike effect. c). To allow <br /> engineering and supervision of D.N.R. and U.S.D.A. to replace that of <br /> professional engineer. <br />
