That sewer capability to pumphouse structure be removed or permanently be <br /> disabled with certification submitted by licensed plumber as to sewer being <br /> rendered unusable. <br /> 6). That pumphouse structure have its windows removed (front and side) and <br /> siding installed. <br /> 7 ). Concrete slab located between boathouse and pumphouse be removed and <br /> steps be covered with dirt and vegetation. <br /> 8). That a railing or wood retaining wall type structure be incorporated <br /> between boathouse and pumphouse to prohibit access towards lake between <br /> buildings. <br /> 9). That railing atop pumphouse be removed and that a railing be erected <br /> which would prohibit access to the top of structure. <br /> 10) . That any portion of boulder retaining wall , below the pumphouse, which <br /> encroaches upon adjoining property be removed. <br /> 11 ). That adequately sized, fast growing vegetation be utilized to stabilize <br /> and give natural appearance to shoreline. <br /> 12). That prior to any pumphouse restructuring a zoning permit be issued. <br /> 13). Wooden stairs be allowed to East side of boathouse. <br /> Cr, 14). Completion of work and certification submitted to Zoning Department <br /> within 60 days. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> I ). Applicant has placed concrete retaining walls, driveways and steps <br /> unrelated to boathouse construction without benefit of Special Exception <br /> Permit. <br /> 2). Special Exception Permit approval is tied to pumphouse usage and <br /> restoration. <br /> 3). Engineering by Cliff Lawson P.E. and landscaping plan by Faye Roll Kubly; <br /> landscape architect. <br /> 4) . Normal boathouse construction would not have required Special Exception <br /> Permit at the time project commenced. <br /> 5). The magnitude of soils disruption warranted Special Exception Permit. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2359.
