Appeal by John Tiefel for a variance from required <br /> setback from normal high watermark and sideyard as provided <br /> by Sections 11 . 03 (2) and 10. 06 (7) to permit deck addition to <br /> existing residence as constructed at 2054 Barber Drive, <br /> being Lot #1, CSM #8298 in the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 26, <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Tiefel OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> GASKILL/KAY to deny requested sideyard variance as proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant constructed 6 x 12 deck addition from upper <br /> level patio doors without required permits . <br /> 2) . Variance #2202 on November 21, 1991 granted setback <br /> from normal high watermark but denied any variance from <br /> right sideyard to permit deck construction. <br /> 3) . Applicant appears to have ample emergency exits or with <br /> design change can achieve desired access . <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Motion carried <br /> 3-2 . (Klopp and Sayles, no) . <br /> #2775. Appeal by Lake Kegonsa Sanitary District for a <br /> Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to <br /> permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake <br /> Kegonsa located at Southeast corner USH 51 and CTH AB - in <br /> the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 - Section 23, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Jenkins OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board, County Highway <br /> GASKILL/SAYLES grant with conditions permit to fill and <br /> grade to alleviate flooding difficulties as proposed. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> L <br />
