Yeager OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> GASKILL/KLOPP to grant a variance of 15 feet from required <br /> rearyard to permit construction of residential garage. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant has lot at foot of hills and in middle of <br /> natural drainageway. <br /> 2) . North end of lot virtually unbuildable due to low <br /> elevation with standing water. <br /> 3) . To meet required rearyard garage would have to set atop <br /> former landfill site. <br /> 4) . Applicant has smaller residence with limited storage <br /> space, vehicle and boat storage needed. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the <br /> public interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as <br /> possible without injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2732 . Appeal by Bradley Tarkenton for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, <br /> grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Waubesa at 4366 <br /> Jordan Drive, being Lot #2, CSM 7666 in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 <br /> and SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 8 and the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 <br /> NE 1/4 Section 17, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Klehfoth OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> KLOPP/SAYLES to grant, with conditions, permit to fill and <br /> grade associated with new boathouse construction. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed • <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br />
