BOA MINUTES 5/23/96 <br /> PAGE 3 <br /> 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project. <br /> 6) . Completion and certification deadline of August 1, <br /> 1996. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant proposes to replace existing boathouse with <br /> new structure 16' x 28' in size. <br /> 2) . Lot is virtually flat and erosion measures consist of <br /> double silt fence skirting lower end of property. <br /> 3) . An at grade concrete walkway is included in project . <br /> 4) . Existing concrete retaining walls will remain as <br /> constructed. <br /> 5) . Engineering provided by Cliff Lawson Professional <br /> Engineer. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will <br /> not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by <br /> erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, <br /> or safe and healthful conditions . Motion carried - 4-0 . <br /> #2733. Appeal by Dane County Parks Department for a Special <br /> (1, Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit <br /> filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of the Yahara River <br /> and Lake Waubesa at 2971 USH 51 in the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 - <br /> Section 3, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: P. Chung OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> KLOPP/SAYLES to grant, with conditions permit to fill and <br /> grade for handicap accessible fishing pier as proposed. <br /> CONDITIONS : <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project . <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project. <br />
