Accessory building, as presently located, extends 3.8 feet into the right-of-way of <br /> Shadyside Drive, to which the Township of Pleasant Springs objects. <br /> 3). Original building approximately 30 years old and was almost totally reconstructed <br /> during a recent rehab. <br /> 4). Proposed new location will align building with adjoining non-conforming accessory <br /> building. <br /> 5). Structure utilized for mowers and yard equipment as residence has no basement. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1).
