IN FAVOR: J. Bunner OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board SAYLES/KLOPP to grant variance of 10 feet from minimum setback from lot line for accessory building utilized for housing of livestock. Finding of fact: 1). Applicant proposes to utilize existing 24' x 60' shed for keeping of livestock on a 3.1 acre parcel. 2). Property was previous farm from which 2 lots were divided, subject lot has residence and accessory buildings while second lot zoned for commercial uses. fier 3). Rezone Petition( #8537, 9/24/02 PH) changed the zoning district from A-1 to RH-1 became effective 10/08/02. 4). The RH-1 District allows 1 animal unit per full acre of land, thusly 3 horses permitted. Conclusion: 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. 2).
