Applicant proposes to reconfigure 3 full lots and 2 partial lots into 2 larger CSM lots. <br /> 2). On the 2 proposed lots, 1 will have existing residence and the other will have <br /> accessory building only. <br /> 3). Garage on proposed Lot#2 was conforming prior to proposed lot re-configuration. <br /> 4). Project will substantially improve lot sizes over the originally platted 44 foot lot <br /> widths. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1).
