Garage is designed to compliment residence,which is constructed in the French <br /> Normandy Style. <br /> 4). Garage not visible from lake or road. <br /> 5). A rezone to a different zoning district could allow accessory building with average <br /> height of 16 feet. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1). Unnecessary hardship was not proven. Martin OPPOSED: <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Sayles/Long to grant,with condition, variance of 29 feet to right of way line of un- <br /> named town road(refered to as Martin Rd) to allow residence garage as proposed. <br /> CONDITION: 1). The garage shall be removed at the owner's expense if future road <br /> improvement requires additional right-of-way. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1). Applicant proposes 30' x 54' garage/farm accessory building located 34 feet from <br /> centerline of Town Road. <br /> 2). Seven of the nine buildings making up the farm are within the required setback. <br /> 3). The un-named town road serves only applicant's farm. <br /> 4).
