Appeal by Blaine Bunbury for variances from required setback from road and <br /> sideyard as provided by Sections 10.17(5) and 10.16(6)to permit structural alteration of <br /> existing garage at 4332 Jordan Drive being Lot#34, Brictson Park, Section 8, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Bunbury OPPOSED: COMMUNICATION: <br /> Town Board <br /> Klopp/Sayles to grant variance of 13.5 feet from required setback to right-of-way of <br /> Jordan Drive also, to grant variance of 1.5 feet from required left sideyard to permit <br /> garage alteration as proposed. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1). Garage located as per variance#204 (11-8-72) for reduced setback to Jordan Drive <br /> and reduced sideyard. <br /> 2). Applicant has a 205' x 40' lot on Lake Waubesa. <br /> 3). Proposal is to replace flat roof, in need of repair, with pitched roof. <br /> 4). Property is in an area of numerous non-conforming structures and numerous <br /> variances granted. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without injustice to <br /> applicant. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried- 4-0. <br /> #3159. Appeal by Ken Olson for a variance from required setback from road as provided <br /> by Section 10.17(1)to permit barn addition as constructed at 10113 US Highway 14 in <br /> the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 22, Town of Black Earth. <br /> IN FAVOR: K. Olson, V. Wendt OPPOSED: <br /> COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Sayles/Long to approve variance of 45 feet from required setback to centerline of US <br /> Highway 14 to permit barn addition as constructed. <br />
