The addition shall be removed at the owner' s expense if <br /> future road improvement requires additional right-of-way. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1) . Applicant proposes to add living space to existing <br /> residence which was built before the turn of the 19th Century. <br /> 2) . Existing residence is approximately 100 square feet and <br /> plan calls for adding 800 square feet of bedrooms and family <br /> room. <br /> 3) . Addition will be further from right-of-way line than <br /> existing residence. <br /> 4) . Septic field and well to the South prohibit expansion away <br /> from road. <br /> 5) . Entire existing residence is within required setback to <br /> centerline of State Highway 19. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible <br /> without injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) .
