Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Existing truck stop is changing affiliation with oil <br /> dealership and signage needs to be revised. <br /> 2) . Most of signage on property is deemed non-conforming as it <br /> pre-dates present Sign Ordinance. <br /> 3) . Section 10.88 of Dane County Code of Ordinances limits <br /> variances to a maximum of 20% of either height or area. <br /> 1 4) . Board had similar requests for variances, from neighboring <br /> truck stop with similar results. - (Variance #2905, January 22, <br /> 1998) . <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Unnecessary hardship was not proven. <br /> #2972. Appeal by Mike Hellenbrand for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11.05 (3) to permit filling, <br /> grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Waubesa at 2731 Ridge <br /> Court being Lot 18, Block 2, Greenridge Park Section 9, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: M.
