Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals. <br /> 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project. <br /> 6) . At the discretion of the Board of Adjustment, <br /> inspection and approval by the Zoning Department during <br /> and/or upon completion may be required. <br /> 7) . Project to incorporate Town of Westport sewer line <br /> installation. <br /> 8) . Subject to receiving Department of Natural Resources, <br /> Chapter 30 Permit and Land Conservation Department Soil <br /> Erosion Permit approvals. <br /> 9) . Permit valid September 1, 1998 with Winter <br /> stabilization and certification deadline of October 15, <br /> 1998. Permit re-activation April 15, 1999 and final <br /> completion and certification deadline of September 15, 1999. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project is intended to provide storm water drainage and <br /> landscaping after construction of new residence. <br /> 2) . Due to construction schedule and applicant' s leaving <br /> existing residence standing until new construction completed <br /> I 411° project will be done partially in Fall and completed Summer <br /> of 1999. <br /> 3) . Project will leave 100 feet plus of undisturbed lawn to <br /> act as a natural buffer for soil erosion reaching Lake <br /> Mendota. <br /> 4) . County Shoreland Zoning jurisdiction extends 1, 000 feet <br /> landward from Lake Mendota. <br /> 5) . Engineering provided by Steven Whayland, Professional <br /> Engineer. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; <br /> will not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters <br /> by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic <br /> life, or safe and healthful c nditions.
