Applicant's revised floor plan and site plan created need <br /> for lot coverage variance. <br /> 5) . Shoreland Zoning District allows 30% maximum lot area <br /> coverage, requested variance is to allow 35% lot coverage. <br /> 6) . Second story addition increases living area without <br /> increasing lot coverage. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> Setback: 1) .
