Approval is hereby given to relocate the above <br /> asphalt plant presently located in Rolling Township, Langlade County to the site located <br /> in Medina Township, Dane County, with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The plant/haul roads shall be treated as necessary with water to prevent fugitive <br /> dust from traffic. <br /> 2. The air pollution control equipment shall be maintained and operated at all times. _ <br /> 3. That if the pollution control equipment malfunctions, this office be notified within <br /> eight normal working hours. <br /> 4. All wastes generated by this plant be disposed of in a safe, nuisance free manner. <br /> 5. The haul road(s) shall be relocated, to a site approved by the Department, if <br /> complaints are received by the Department regarding fugitive dust, odors, or exhaust <br /> emissions fro= the use of the haul road(s). <br /> This approval does not relieve you of the responsibility to correct problems that occur <br /> because of fugitive dust emissions or odors from this plant operation. If these problems <br /> occur, you will need to take action to correct them. <br /> This approval does not imply approval of local or county zoning authorities.
