wines within the community. The Gallery and Winery would have a personality and feeling different from a strip mall and the business of a large department store . We would use three down stairs rooms as the Gallery, including the living room, dining room, and family room. The kitchen and solarium which is down stairs as well, would be private for our personal use, as well as all of the upstairs . We would use approximately 35% of the building for Gallery and Winery purposes . • We presently own and operate the Voyager Gallery located at 5923 Exchange Street, McFarland, since April 1984 . The present Gallery is located in a building that is over 100 years old and is registered on the National Historical Buildings . The landlords, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Fager reside up stairs in the building above the Gallery. The present Gallery size is now approximately 400 square feet. My customer traffic varies during the work week (Tuesday thru Saturday) . I may go days without a customer and on Saturday, which is the busiest day, the customers range form 8 to 18, however not all at once . My gallery specializes in wildlife art, and limited edition prints framed and unframed, representing dealers who represent artists such as Owen Grommet Robert Bateman, Michael Sieve, Jonathan Wilde and others. We feel that by displaying wildlife art, more of the local community will become more aware of environmental issues and that there is a need for each and every one of us to become more protective of the environment, and all do our part to save it . The reason we would like to sell wine is that many artists are now creating wine labels with images that correlate with limited edition prints and we would like to be able to sell each as matching sets to customers . An example of this is when Aaron Bohrod created an image on the wine labels that were sold as a benefit for the Madison Civic Center 10th anniversary. We would sell wine with original wine labels however not all of the wine
