The sole intent and <br /> interest is to allow the current owner to make significant <br /> profit from the change in zoning at the expense of the <br /> neighborhood and township. <br /> 7) In summary, the proposed zoning changes do not meet the <br /> objective of the Town of Dunn Land Use Plan of maintaining <br /> the current character of our Township. <br /> I trust that Dane County can delay acting on this petition until <br /> a recommendation is received from the Township. <br /> Thank you.
